                  Homeschool Autumn  Natural History Field Day is set for November 6.*  The schedule for 2010 is here.

                  Aullwood Adventures Preschool Classes are November 10 through December 9  Pre-registration is required.

                  Birds and Climate Change: On the Move
                  On Friday, November 20 at 7:30 p.m. join, us at the Marie S. Aull education Centerfor a free special program
                  on birds and climate change  featuring Gregory S. Butcher, Ph.D., the National Audubon Society’s
                  Director of Bird Conservation.  Birds are among the most adaptable of wildlife - as long as they can find
                  suitable habitat, they are able to travel substantial distances north, inland, or to higher latitudes. That is
                  one of the things that make them  sensitive environmental indicators - alerting us to ecological disruption,
                  often before it directly affects us.

                  Join us on Tuesday, November 17 at Chin’s Ginger Grill for a special buffet dinner – Share the Harvest
                  The buffet will feature Aullwood Audubon Farm’s healthy meats — free-range organically certified chicken
                  and turkey and all natural, hormone-free beef and lamb.  Art Chin, owner and chef will donate 20% of all sales,
                  including alcohol, to support Aullwood’s education programs for children.  A raffle with wonderful prizes
                  will also benefit Aullwood

                  Discover special gift items while benefiting area cultural museums and organizations at the 8th annual
                  Museum Holiday Shop Around on Saturday, November 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   19 institutions will
                  have merchandise from their stores for sale.  Admission is FREE, so introduce your friends to Aullwood!

                  On November 28 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. over 20 artists and designers will offer beautiful artwork, handcrafted
                  jewelry and exquisite gifts at Aullwood’s Holiday Art Fair and Open House.  Unique and one of-a-kind pieces will be
                  available for purchase at this splendid event.  Admission is free on this special day!
                 
                  Aullwood invites you to Birds, Boughs and Berries on December 6.  Pre-registration is required.

                  Join Santa and his woodland friends December 12 for a morning of delicious food, marvelous entertainment and
